In today’s competitive climate, extra educational support can provide the edge that is needed; it can help build healthy habits towards learning and one’s self-perception as a learner for a brighter future.
We have more than 10 years of experience in teaching, the creation of educational material, the writing of lesson plans and the effective delivery and transferal of knowledge. Our expertise has been honed through delivering tutorials day in, day out, over many years.
We promote learning that is varied in content but systematic and consistent in delivery. Combined with our understanding of client goals and the idea that every student is unique, our approach means success is within reach of all.
What we do
We offer all the student needs from 1-1 tuition and group classes to focused exam preparation for entry into schools in Hong Kong, the UK and the US. From time to time we also hold targeted workshops for students and parents. We use in-person and online learning approaches.

About us
Nicole Chabot holds a degree in English, two master degrees, including one in counselling, and a TEFL teaching certificate to teach English as a foreign language.
With more than 10 years of experience in education, having worked in educational publishing, as a private tutor and NET teacher of Cambridge English to non-native students, she established Colbert Education in 2022. She is the founder of the Colbert Education-affiliated book review group 'Bookish, Everybody'.
Nicole is a former journalist, author of two books and a past speaker at The Hong Kong Book Fair.
